The sizes in the carton do not correspond with the size series on the website or written on the carton, what to do?

Factories take great care in packing the right size series in the cartons. However, it is sometimes possible that a size is packed more and other sizes are less in a carton. Because we sell new cartons, it is not possible to check the contents before shipping. As long as the total number of shoes are correct, we will NOT issue any refund or exchange if size series are not correct.
